If you are walking in the heart of Kennebunkport, it’s hard not to go into David’s Restaurant for a cocktail on the deck. This scenic escape from the bustle of town is a mix of “locals” and tourists that want to enjoy amazing food with a view. I recently tried the double crabmeat sandwich. If you are on the fence about how much you can handle, just go for it! It did not disappoint.

My husband and I made reservations (way in advance) for Earth by Goose Rocks Beach. This place is phenomenal. Being the 20-somethings that we are, we sprung for the opportunity to eat there at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. Warning: if you want to get a reservation here, make it weeks in advance. Starting with the beef tartar, to the homemade bread, Japanese peppers that vary by hotness, to the Pork Ribs and Seafood Paella, everything melted in our mouthes. This extravagant meal was to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, it was just all around incredibly awesome. We toasted with champagne and their donut dessert while overlooking the lit pool from under the unique tree branch chandelier from inside.
