My Yoga YouTube routine is shaping up nicely! I love all the free videos available because it’s nice to be able to choose from flexibility classes to more vinyasa flows which can really kick my bootay in the morning. Working out is a must for me. I like to stay active on a daily basis. It clears my head, leaves me feeling more refreshed - the endorphins definitely don’t hurt either! Considering I cannot come close to touching my feet, I’m a few weeks away from getting back in the studio, but it’s something to work towards.
