It's Official - We're House Hunting

First-time homebuyers.  I can feel my real estate friends cringing.  We've placed one property under contract only to find out that it was on wetlands and needed an incredible amount of updates for health reasons- no thank you!  I don't need grandeur, perfection, stainless steel or granite.  What I do need is a home that looks like it's been cared for and kept up.
