I cannot believe the overwhelming response for Tri for the Cure fundraising that I’ve had to two Facebook posts! Thanks to everyone who donated, I’m less than $400 to my fundraising goal. I'm participating and fundraising to celebrate all the men and women that have beat cancer, for families that have been impacted, for being one step closer to a cure, and for those that we have lost. One of the most influential and favorite woman lost her battle in 2009, and I'll be thinking of her every step, stroke and cycle I take during the triathlon on July 26th!
